Getting Started Guide - Softphone Based Dialer
SOFTPHONE BASED DIALER - VICIDIAL
VPBX Deployed Softphone Based Dialer is Fully Setup with User Credentials, Default Campaigns, Phones and Basic settings. It is not required to make any additional user or create a campaign, VPBX VICIDIAL that will be provided to you is fully working as is, All you you need to do is to make some modification to your liking such as renaming the campaign, Changing the full name of your users/agent to your preferred login name and Uploading of Leads in order for your to start Dialing.
Once you received your VICIDIAL Login Credential, follow the steps below to configure your call center suite program. Note: there are two login credentials that you need in order to setup your phone system 1.Phone Credentials and 2. User/Agent Credential.
